My flat is not the finished article yet but your room is large with double bed, settee, table and chairs in the large bay window, and has lovely views over the large garden and valley.

It also has a quiet yard at the back with washing line and table and chairs, great for sitting out on a warm day reading etc.

I work away but one of my daughters lives in and we generally get together on a weekend and days off. She's generally quiet and works afternoon and evening shifts in a customer environment.
