There is a large garden space outside to the back and smaller one at the front.

There is plenty of off street parking and only a 5 minute walk to Seamer train station and 5 minute drive into town.

We have 2 very friendly dogs.

We have a separate lounge so the lounge in the kitchen area will be for lodgers and we also have a shower room in case number of bathrooms was a concern.
