Double Room - Scarborough

This single occupancy room has a double bed with a comfortable high quality mattress, wardrobe and drawers and personal wash basin.

The house has a large lounge with three leather sofas and flat screen TV. The kitchen is fully fitted with a personal cupboard, a large Fridge/Freezer, washing machine and tumble drier.

There is a separate dining room . The house has a bathroom and a second individual toilet to help avoid queues.

The house is double glazed and centrally heated.

All bills are included (gas, electricity, broadband, council tax, TV licence for the lounge, water rates)

Outside is a flagged patio area, perfect for sunbathing or barbecues, as well as a covered bike storage area .

The house is in the town centre with easy walk to the shops, train station and beach, but is on a quiet residential street. (about 15 minutes walk from the hospital, as we get asked that a lot.)

The current tenants are friendly and very clean and tidy, so we would welcome interest from anyone who seeks a high standard of accommodation, who is in full time permanent employment. Please note that as tenants work shifts this is absolutely not a party house, noise at any time is not accepted
