En-suite room to rent in shared house

A 3 storey terrace house with 7 en-suite rooms and shared large lounge/kitchen for non-smoking professionals. All bills are included as is internet access. On street parking permits are available from the council although it is a short walk into town and buses are easily available. The current tenants keep the house very clean and tidy and would appreciate housemates who take their turn to do the same! Sorry pets not allowed.
