House is spacious, very clean, tidy, 2 sitting rooms, large double bedroom, bed and storage, shared bathroom, plus downstairs toilet, large shared kitchen. Large private, maintained gardens, driveway parking. Includes TV, broadband, council tax, gas and electricity bills.
We are friendly, relaxed, sociable professionals- mixed ages. Seeking room mate who is looking for somewhere that feels like home, is clean, reasonably sociable but happy to respect other's space at times. Mondays-Friday lets considered. Professional preferred. References essential. Sorry- no DHSS.
