This bright, single occupancy, furnished double bedded room on the edge of The Old Town.

BILLS
All included as well as faster fibre broadband. A cleaner comes in for 2 hours each week to clean shared areas.

TENANTS - important.
This house is NOT a party house and is peaceful and easy to live in. The pleasant, friendly tenants are looking for a similar considerate person. It is not suitable for young, inexperienced tenants, or the noisy or the unreliable.

I am looking for a like-minded person who is equally considerate and cooperative. You must be RELIABLE and stable.

You should be someone who is peaceful and easy to get on with, who allows others to have a quiet life. This is important to me and for the valued tenants and neighbours who already live there.

THE AREA.
The house is 10 minutes walk from the railway station,
Local shops, pubs, eateries, banks, fish and chips (of course!) and the Market Hall are all nearby - as are a Tesco express, Wilkinsons and Boyes. The sea front is about 5 minutes away, with its harbour, restaurants, pubs and the main beach.

Auborough Street is quiet for a town centre location.

There is free 2 hour on-street parking directly opposite with a free parking disc, available in lots of shops. As a resident it is also possible to buy a parking permit for the area. There is also a large pay and display car-park opposite, free after 6pm.

THE HOUSE
The house has 5 bedrooms, 3 of which have double beds, including this one, on the ground floor.

All rooms have radiators, sinks, alarms and firedoors.

The shared areas include:

Groundfloor.

Dining room (Used by some to eat in) with sofa. Vacuum cleaner and ironing board.
Kitchen with washing machine, undercounter fridge, tall fridge freezer, cooker, kettle and microwave. Each resident has a kitchen drawer, and two cupboards, one lockable.
Outbuilding, with tumble dryer and another small freezer as well as the gas central heating boiler.

Toilet and electric shower. This shower is not used by the floors above - so it could almost act as yours alone !

First floor:

Main bathroom - bath, with on demand gas heated shower over, second toilet and hand basin.
Every bedroom has its own hand-basin. There are fire-doors throughout - as well as extinguishers, alarms and emergency lighting.

PETS
One small, timid, house cat lives here. No other pets will be allowed.
