A large double bedroom in a quiet cul-de-sac in Scorton village. Shared access to the rest of the house which includes bathroom with bath and shower, kitchen, living room / dinning area, garden with patio seating, a small indoor gym space, there is also indoor bike storage if required.

The bedroom is furnished with a standard double bed, bedside tables, desk and stool.

There is a parking spot to the front of the property which we can share.

I have a cat and dog. The latter is not allowed upstairs to the bedrooms.

Scorton is a lovely village with many walks around the lakes, two village pubs, a village shop and village green. There are 30 minute bus links to Northallerton and Darlington.
