We are a young professional married couple and we have a third floor we don't use! We are happy to discuss full time or just Monday to Friday letting. It is a modern, well appointed house (with us living on the 2nd floor) there is a large double bedroom (plus a 2nd room which can be used as a living room if you choose) with private bathroom available for let. Fully furnished as per photos.
Kitchen is of course available to use but is not a common livi g space, with all usual modern facilities available to you as well as parking.
Bubwith is a lovely village with some local amenities and a bus service in to York (14 miles) with Selby being 8 miles away. Nearest train stations are Selby and Howden (7 miles)
You should also know we have a dog (West Highland Terrier) and a cat!
