Large Double with en suite

Large double room available with en suite (replaced in the last 2 years). The room is fully furnished with wardrobes, double bed, drawers, desk and a small sofa.

The house is a 4 bed detached within 10-15 minutes walk of the town centre and easy travel distance for shops. It has a large living room and kitchen / diner (recently replaced) with all the facilities you would expect (including fast fiber broadband). There is a good sized garden getting the afternoon sun at the back of the house, but I wont confess to being good at gardening!

I am a 38 year old solicitor, working at home roughly 3-4 days per week and have various hobbies and passtimes keeping me occupied. The house has the added benefit of the affection of a 2.5 year old Labrador who is very sociable. I've lived with lodgers for 5+ years now and can get along with pretty much anyone, happy to socialise or to leave people to their own devices.
