The property is a 3 bedroom, 3 story family home, where we have a double bedroom & shared bathroom available for rent. There is easy links to Selby, York, Sherburn in Elmet, Leeds, Wakefield & Doncaster. It is on street parking only, however public transport is very good should you not drive.

Locally there is everything you could need, gym, supermarkets, fast food, post office etc, all within walking distances.

The room consists of a king size bed, bedside tables, large chest of drawers and an ikea kallax unit. Happy to leave TV in there also.

This is a family home, with myself and my girlfriend, we both have children who are here part time, because we are shift workers our schedule isn’t simple but we can explain when everyone will be here on viewing as this will be easier.
You will have your bedroom, and shared access to the family bathroom and kitchen etc. we have an ensuite so the family bathroom is not regularly used by us.

All bills included (council tax, gas, electric, water & internet).
