Happy home looking for lovely lodger

I live in a mid terraced property in Selby. I do not have off street parking, however there is a pub across the road where you could park if you preferred. I have a spare double room which is furnished. The bathroom has a bath only.

I am looking preferably for someone that works shifts in the area, whom wants Monday to Friday accomodation as I'm new to having a lodger and I think it would work out better for me.

The price per month includes the bills.

I am asking for references because in an ideal world i would have liked someone i knew, or a friend of a friend, but i feel that having references will make me feel at ease.

Oh I cannot forget, I have a cat called Flora who doesn't want to touched, but just likes to be sat near people.
