We have a double room to rent in the village of Sherburn, 10 miles from Malton and 10 miles from Scarborough, with easy access via the A64. It is also a 40 minute commute from the City of York. Also easily links to the coastliner bus service. We are a working couple, with two smalls dogs and a medium sized dog. All bills are inclusive, including Wi-Fi. There is fridge/cupboard space provided as well as off street parking for one vehicle, there is also access to a washing machine, hob and oven. Ideally we are looking for a Mon-Fri, 9am-5pm daytime working tenant, (this is negotiable) with the thought of visitors using the room if needs be. Message if interested.
