A furnished single bedroom with triple glazed windows, freshly decorated with brand new carpet and radiator. The room is upstairs in a 2 story house.

Shared areas
There is a shared kitchen and living room. I actually have a dining room that I don’t use and I would be open to you putting a TV and stuff in there if you wanted your own space on an evening or somewhere to WFH.

Parking
There is a gated driveway to park your vehicle.

Garden
There is a large garden that is currently being renovated. Still space to sun bath and bbq in good weather. But it isn’t the most aesthetic garden right now! I also have a garage should you need to store items such as a bike or camping gear.

Nearby
We have a bridal way that runs next to the house which is lovely for walks and running, some good cycle routes close by too. There is a McDonald’s and a Shell petrol station a shirt 5 minute walk away, aswell as an Indian restaurant with a bar, about 3 minute walk away. The village is quiet and we don’t have a pub, but there is Market Weighton half an hours walk away with extensive pubs, hairdressers, a big Tesco, small Morrisons, nail technician, cute shops and more. There is also the Goodmanham Arms a short drive away which is arguably the best pub in Yorkshire. There is a bus stop just outside the house which can take you to Hull, York or anywhere in between.
