Room to rent in Central Skipton

I have a double room to rent in the centre of Skipton, which comes furnished with a double bed, includes all bills, access to SKY, unlimited broadband.

The flat is ideally situated and a 10 minute walk to town and train station.

I am looking for a flat mate who is clean, tidy, and will pay rent on time. The lounge is classed as shared, however, This room will be yours for the purposes of watching TV as I have multi room set up.

I am a non smoker, a non-drinker and I would not allow a flat mate who smokes. I would also ask that if you make food that you clean the area, wash plates etc immediately after eating.

I have an indoor cat called Maisy, however, she is my cat and there will be no expectation for you to clean or feed her.

I work full time, and want a flat mate who is laid back, considerate, and is expecting the same from me.

The flat contains cooker, washing machine, American style fridge freezer, shower.

The room price does not include food, and is based on my energy usage - I will not prevent from additional energy being used, however, the increased cost would be additional to the room price.
