My name is Aimee and I have one room to rent in my lovely grade 2 listed home in Coniston Cold just outside of Skipton.
The house has a large garden and plenty of parking. You will have full use of the shared living room, utility room and kitchen. The living room is spacious and cosy with a wood burning stove. The Kitchen has recently been renovated so everything is new and includes a dishwasher and AGA cooker.
The Room comes fully furnished with everything you see in the pictures excluding bedding. It has a super king bed and en-suite bathroom with a shower.
There are two other housemates I should make you aware of, a golden retriever and a black labrador, both very cuddly and playful so you must be a dog person. I am clean tidy and organised and cleanliness is a must!
