New to house share in this home.
Have previously lived with friends/others.
3 bed house with garden, patio and parking.
Shared living room space with large open dining area with log burner.
Recently renovated but the last of the renovation is still on going (ie I need a new bathroom hence renting a room out to save)
To share with just myself and my dog, Cilla a very loving Spaniel.
Will require reference / open to meeting when viewing for a chat.
A respectful working professional is a must due to my job as I do shift work including night shifts.
