The Flat is in Providence Quarter, a fairly new development.
This is a joint tenancy and your name will be replacing , the current tenants. Rachel is the lead tenant and will be living in one bedroom and the other is yours. She is very kind and easy to get along with.
The contract has another 10 months on it. We would be looking to renew the contract after but if you want to leave in between, all we need to do is a tenancy name change as done now.
