Double room on new development near town center

Average size double room with view on to green. House is a new build with on street parking and a good size back garden. Shared lounge and bathroom. WiFi throughout. Kitchen is user friendly and has a large fridge freezer. Situated 10 minute walk from thirsk town centre and 20 minute walk from the train station. I am easy to get on with, like to socialise. But do work some early and late shifts.
