The house is shared by 3 other tenants with the available room making it up to 4 people in a co-living environment. It is a large 5 bedroomed, 3 story house so there's plenty of space.

The room available is large, modern and well maintained with beautiful views across Sutton Bank. It has 3 windows and is bright and spacious.

Along with one other person, you would both occupy the top floor of the house (which includes two separate bedrooms and a shared large bathroom).

The room contains a king size bed with comfortable mattress, corner sofa, games table, tv stand, tv aerial socket, bedside table, chest of drawers, high table/desk and two stools.

Access to a large bathroom with big bath and separate shower (shared with only one other person), kitchen facilities, lounge and garden.
