Modern detached house in Stamford Bridge, Well situated for someone working locally or in York due to great road links and no.10 bus route.
Close to the epic Yorkshire Wolds, yet just up the road from multiple local facilities including shops, pubs, cafes, restaurants, take aways, doctor, dentist, hairdressers and a post office.

I have a good-sized bedroom remaining, with double bed, storage cupboard, chest of drawers and desk.
The house is in a very peaceful estate location. It has a large well-equipped kitchen with dining table, utility room with washing machine and tumble-dryer, spacious living room and a bathroom shared exclusively between the two rooms for rent. All bills covered in the rent, including fast fibre-optic broadband.

There is ample off-street parking, a double garage with masses of room for storage, patio seating area for summer sunshine and smallish garden with shrubs and beds (although I am not at all green fingered, free rein to anyone who is!)

I am a fairly quiet person who prefers cooking, crosswords and casual cycling to drinking, clubbing or parties and would therefore prefer quiet lodgers, preferably professionals or postgraduate students.

I have three very attention-seeking and mischievous cats and am looking for someone who would appreciate their affections and would be willing to look after them for short periods occasionally.
