I am looking for someone to rent a furnished double room in my comfortable house in Ingleby Barwick. There are enormous fitted wardrobes and you would have sole use of the bathroom as I have an en-suite. There's also plenty of storage room in the loft. I'm an easy-going and tidy 43yr old female professional and have pets who are friendly and easy to live with. There's room on the drive for your car.
