Hi,
I am looking for a housemate/someone to lease a room. I currently live on my own. I am based in Thornaby and live less than a 10 minute walk from the train station which takes 5 minutes to get to Middlesbrough. I live in a three bed property and have lived here for a number of years. I have two free rooms available - one with a built in wardrobe if preferred and another with a wardrobe which I can provide. I have a single bed which can be situation in either room but a double bed can fit in either. I have an ensuite but there's another bathroom so there's plenty of room for privacy. Looking for one housemate. Car parking space can be provided and be negotiated in the cost. Images can be provided.
