🏡Double Room available for rent in semi-detached house near Heworth and Stockton on the Forest🏡

Downstairs is a front porch, entrance hall, downstairs WC, two separate living rooms, utility room and open plan kitchen/diner with French doors onto lovely garden with a farmers field behind (gorgeous views! 🌾).

Upstairs are three bedrooms. Mine, one available to rent and the further bedroom can be used as a shared dressing room. A shared bathroom has shower an separate bath, WC and hand wash basin.

The house is located just before Stockton on the Forest so has a lovely countryside feel but not far at all into the City Centre. There is a gravel driveway with parking and a bus stop just outside the house, the bus is about 10 minutes into the city centre.

Sharing just with me, my dog (golden retriever) and my cat. I’m 26, full time employed in York. I love cooking and all things outdoors (hiking, camping, horse riding). I’m ideally looking for a sharer who will become a friend rather than someone just renting a room. I’d like someone who we can spend girly evenings together sometimes but also have our own space! 💓
