Strensall Shared House - Newly Renovated

This room is available to live in a lovely part of Strensall with friendly neighbors and 3 friendly female housemates. Unfortunately students are not permitted

The room and house are great, I just find myself having to move due to personal circumstances after just moving in unfortunately! In the room, the bed with mattress, matching drawers x2 and cupboard are included with the property. The rest of the things are mine!

The landlord is a lovely man who's put the work in on the house himself. There is still work to do on the driveway and garden so currently there's plenty of street parking available until the drive is completed sometime this year.

Viewings available immediately and within reason as I find a new place to live, moving in can be agreed on based on mutual convenience.
