The room comes completely prepared for academic life, featuring its own dedicated office desk, chair, and storage setup. You will be sharing the house with just me—I am a friendly live-in female landlord—and my lovely, friendly little Chihuahua dogs. Because they are a big part of the home, you must be completely comfortable living with small dogs! House Requirements: Looking for a tidy, considerate female lodger who values a quiet, secure home and enjoys the company of small dogs.
