Spacious house in Tadcaster with 1 Room for Rent

We are a couple who have just bought a house and looking to rent out a room for a minimum of 6 months. We are 27 and 28 year old professionals who enjoy getting active, a good pub walk and a roast on a Sunday, watching/ playing sports, cooking/ eating and of course a delicious glass or two of beer, wine, gin... whatever really!! 🍺🍷🍹🥃 We aren’t your typical PDA couple so please don’t think we will be anti social, we are looking for someone equally fun, clean and wanting to hang out with us in the house or out and about. As it’s our first house, we do want someone who is respectful of the house and will enjoy it’s amazingness as we do. Feel free to have friends round as we will too on occasion. 😁
Our neighbourhood is quiet, only a 25 minute commute to Leeds and York, less than 5 minutes to walk to the local shops/ pubs and there is a nice trail you can walk or run right by our house.
