Single room

I am the owner of the property and am looking for a clean and tidy person to rent my spare room.
Rent includes all utilities.
In the room there is a single bed, wardrobe and chest of draws, you would also have use of a shared kitchen, living room, bathroom and back yard.
Tadcaster is quite a busy village/town with plenty of pubs, places to eat, doctors, dentist, leisure centre and a swimming pool amongst other shops. There is also a costcutter and Sainsburys supermarket all within 5 to 15 minutes walk from the property. There are good links to York, Leeds and Harrogate by bus.
All I ask is you pay your rent on time and respect my property.
