Double Room, en suite,country cottage, bills inc

I have a lovely clean double room available with en suite in my house which is situated on the banks of the river Wharfe in Ulleskelf near Tadcaster.
Ulleskelf is small rural village with a village pub, railway station and small village store situated just 4 miles off the A64 halfway between Leeds and York.
I am a professional person who works at home sometimes but also travels with work a lot.
The cottage has character having been built in 1840 and stands in lovely gardens and a riverside location.
As well as a well fitted double bedroom with en suite shower room, you will have access to a shared well fitted kitchen with dishwasher, cooker, hob, microwave etc. 2 lounge areas one with a wood burner, shared bathroom with bath and shower, shared garage space for storage or parking. Note parking directly outside the property is limited but possible.
All bills included - included WiFi and broadband.
I am looking for a professional person, clean and tidy person who is respectful, sociable and easy going. Monday to Friday although will consider weekend depending on the person.
I do have a friendly dog who stays with me sometimes.
