Gorgeous Room, Great Location, Dog Lovers Only

Ok so first things first, we have 3 dogs in the house, so if you’ve always wanted a dog but haven’t been able to hve one then this might be perfect for you. Introducing arla molly and Ralph. Molly and Ralph are my babies and I share them with my ex so I only have them in the house half the week. They’re great to be around and mean you’re never alone which is nice but also means only dog lovers can apply for the room.

2 - me and Camille are best friends and have lived together for the best part of 9 months now, we have a lot of common interests and mainly want to find someone who will gel with the two of us: ideally someone who likes food as that’s the source of all our happiness. We eat in and out a lot and cook together or as a house so that works well for us and you’re welcome to join in if you like our food types.

3 - we have a quirky house and it’s stunning on the inside with plenty of space to Lounge about.

4- really important part, I run a business catering from my house on top of my full time job. This doesn’t affect the house very often as it’s normally one job a week and typically on weekends but I’ve always been lucky that over the last 3 years all the people who have loved hear have been happy with this (and there’s normally free food involved which helps sweeten the deal).

6- your room is your space, the pictures shown are from when I furnished it previously. The housemate moving out wanted to bring her bed so it requires a bed, it comes part furnished as the wardrobes are built in too so plenty of storage for most people.

Katie is moving out as her contract has run out at her job and she’s from bury so she’s moving back there which has worked out pretty well for you looking for a new room.

Currently the room price is £480 per month based on the bills included. Rough Breakdown:

£300 room
£180 bills

I have put a 6 month minimum freeze on this price so it will not change over the winter.
