Access to large bath/shower room, shared with only one other person.

Access to large well equipped kitchen and good sized garden.

Non smoking household. Free fast fibre Zzoomm broadband and all bills included. Nearby supermarkets (Aldi, Tesco, Lidl), local cinema, train station. Countryside walk within 5mins walk of house. Quiet cul de sac. Good neighbours.

New tenant must be a non smoker.
