Charming 2 bed cottage in an idyllic village

Two bedroomed self contained cottage . Double bedroom, bathroom with shower and bath and kitchen/ dining room available to tenant with a large sitting room . There is a second smaller double for extra space occasional visitors.. The cottage is used for a little extra storage in the attic and a locked second reception room for the landlord and is furnished but with room to accommodate some of tenants furniture if required .Access will be required occasionally by the landlord but generally the tenant would be self contained and independent without a sense of sharing a space . Separate access. Very peaceful village in the heart if the national park a really quiet location . Village still has a shop / PO with limited hours and is on the bus route. There are two pubs in walking distance . Would suit individual or possibly couple working in the area. Easy to commute to Richmond, Leyburn, Catterick or Hawes etc. but quite possible to commute to Northallerton or Darlington also Own transport would be useful Would suit someone who would like a peaceful, quiet, rural retreat. Must be trustworthy and reliable as the cottage has some possessions including antiques belonging to the landlord that need to be respected etc . This could suit a couple although the rent would then be more , in the region of 550 for a couple if suitable .. there will be a responsibility to keeping the property looking nicely presented and clean/ tidy and looked after as the landlord uses the attached but separate converted stable as occasional weekend /holiday destination (a handful of days a month only ) . Some bills would be contributed to . Eg council tax and electricity .Internet included .
