One bedroomed self contained cottage . Double bedroom, bathroom with shower and bath and kitchen/ dining room available to tenant with a large sitting room upstairs The cottage is furnished and used for a little extra storage. Access will be required occasionally by the landlord but generally the tenant would be self contained and independent without a sense of sharing a space . Separate access. Very peaceful village in the heart if the national park a really quiet location . Village still has a shop / PO with limited hours and is on the bus route. There are two pubs in walking distance . Would suit individual or possibly couple working in the area. Easy to commute to Richmond, Leyburn, Catterick or Hawes etc. but quite possible to commute to Northallerton or Darlington also Own transport would be useful Would suit someone who would like a peaceful, quiet, rural retreat. Must be trustworthy and reliable as the cottage has some possessions including antiques belonging to the landlord that need to be respected etc . This could suit a couple although the rent would then be more , in the region of 550 for a couple if suitable .. there will be a responsibility to keeping the property looking nicely presented and clean/ tidy and looked after as it is actively for sale hence the short term nature .not very frequent viewing would need to be accommodated . The landlord visits their other home, the house the cottage is an annex to regularly so this will be easily checked .
