Beech cottage -short let/ long holiday

Three bedroomed cottage . Double bedroom, new bathroom with walk in shower and bath and newly refurbished kitchen/ dining room available to tenant with two sitting rooms and sunroom .Has recently been a holiday cottage so is fully furnished and well presented .Two patios one very private lovely views and off road parking . Multi fuel stove . Downstairs toilet .Very peaceful village in the heart of the national park a really quiet location . Village still has a shop / PO with limited hours and is on the bus route. There are two pubs in walking distance . Would suit individual or possibly couple working in the area. Easy to commute to Richmond, Leyburn, Catterick or Hawes etc. but quite possible to commute to Northallerton or Darlington also Own transport would be useful Would suit someone who would like a peaceful, quiet, rural retreat whilst working locally. Must be trustworthy and reliable as the cottage has some possessions including antiques belonging to the landlord that need to be respected. This could suit a couple although the rent would then be more , in the region of 550 for a couple if suitable .. there will be a responsibility to keeping the property looking nicely presented and clean/ tidy and looked after as the property is for sale and therefore only able to offer very short period which of course there is a CB possibility of extending
