Hi there, I have 2 double bedrooms (one en-suite) available to rent in an end terrace house in Thornaby.

Room 1 is on the top floor and has a dressing room and en-suite shower room. £130 per week all bills included (unavailable, occupied).

Room 2 is on the middle floor and has use of the main bathroom with newly fitted shower and bath. Available from the 13th of May 2025 (13/05/25), £110 per week. This room also has the router for the house, so please be aware that there may be times when access to the router is required (e. g., change of provider) but if anything comes up this will be arranged with your input.

Each bedroom is fully furnished with a double bed, fitted wardrobes, set of drawers, bedside table, desk, desk chair, and a bedside lamp. The bedroom doors are lockable for privacy, but I will have spare keys in case emergency access is required.

On the ground floor is the living/dining room, kitchen, and downstairs WC. There is a 65" TV in the living room, and access to the small garden. Internet speeds up to 74mb/s (provider will be changing soon, should be better speeds).

The kitchen has all the usual things (toaster, kettle, gas hob, electric oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher) plus an air fryer, washing machine, and tumble dryer.

At the front of the house is a patio area, garage, and dedicated parking space. My car won't be there most of the time so could accommodate two cars, and bikes can be kept in the garage.

Walking times to local amenities: bus stops (to Middlesbrough and nearby) 2 - 5 minutes, Pavilion shopping centre (supermarkets, fast food, wilko, etc.,) 15 minutes, Teesside shopping park (cinema, restaurants, shops) 30 minutes, Thornaby train station 35 minutes.

All bills included (water, electric, gas, internet & council tax which is band C)

No smokers and no pets please. We can't accept housing credit, sorry.

All occupants must be clean and keep shared areas tidy, thank you.

About me: I'm in the RAF so I am away a lot. A change in circumstances means I no longer require the large top floor room. The other bedroom on the middle floor will now be mine for when I'm in the area, but that will most likely be few and far between.
