Room to rent in Thornaby

I am looking for a housemate to share the 2 bedroomed terraced house I am currently renting in Thornaby. The bedroom is a large double, has a double bed and a decent sized built-in cupboard, and a clothes rail is available. There is a seperate living room with a Virgin box, so you would be able to have your own space.
Me: I'm 28, a mental health nurse, am easy-going, friendly and sociable, and would be wanting to share with someone similar. I have a cat, and I am a smoker (although I tend to smoke outside).
