Furnished double room inc. WiFi & Sky £375 pcm

I currently live in a 4 bedroom town house with my husband and 1 room mate.

I have a fully furnished double room to rent out for £375 pcm which includes all bills, internet connection & sky TV.

All you would need to pay for is food and any bills which are yours (mobile phone etc.)

I have off street parking, washing machine, dishwasher, etc. the bedroom is at the front of the house, and the bathroom would be shared with my other housemate.

There is a communal lounge / kitchen and I really would like anyone who moves in to feel at home.

I have 2 pet cats who you can easily shut out your bedroom. They are friendly things and will not scratch or bite.

Everyone works and it would be essential for anyone who moves in to also hold down a job. That said, if you call me, please leave a message if I don't answer as I could be working!

The accommodation is unfortunately not suitable for wheelchair users.
