fully furnished double room for rent

Hello, I'm Kerryn, a professional 32 year old female currently living on my own with 2 dogs. I'm looking to rent out one of my spare bedrooms which is fully furnished with a double bed. It's a very quiet area in the countryside which is a 15 minute drive to get to York. There is a pub in the village a small post office/shop with a garage open every day until late at night just further down the road. I'm looking for someone fun, wouldn't mind having the odd drink at the weekends, but sensible during the week as I work Monday-Friday. Someone clean and tidy and MUST be a dog lover. The dogs will never go in your room. There is a lovely garden which looks out onto fields and there is on street parking. The rent includes bills and there is WIFI too.
