Access to kitchen, garden, basement laundry, communal dining, lounge area, great location close to town centre in this lovely Edwardian Villa. Would suit professional person only. No pets allowed. I'm looking for someone who is sociabe, may want to help with occasional repairs , or a bit of gardening. maybe someone who can cook occasionally for all of us, so a team player would be perfect, but we also all need our privacy.
