Room to rent in quiet area, short walk from town

There are 2 rooms available in this bright and spacious 4 bedroom house situated on the edge of a private estate on the east side of Whitby. It has a small garage, with room for another two motorbikes, after the sauna has been installed(!), and French windows opening out on to a large south-facing garden. The neighbours are friendly and helpful. It's nice and quiet, but only 20 minute's walk from the centre of town. It's definitely worth a look.
The price is negotiable. I wanted to make sure it's enough to cover all the bills. There is gas central heating and hot water (Hive), and being a new build, it's reliable and always warm and cosy in the winter. There is fast broadband, a landline and all the Sky channels including Netflix, Amazon Prime, Amazon Music and Spotify.
People looking for less than 7 days a week will be considered, as well as those with house trained furry friends.
I travel a lot so you would have the house all to yourself for 50% of the time.
