Double room with shared bathroom available

Hello, looking for professional person to rent a double room in my home. Detached house with good size garden, joint use of Kitchen, bathroom. Living and dining room. No en suite but I’m at work all day so as long as I had access to bathroom to get ready to leave for work in the morning I’m not around most of the day. Looking for someone who is good company, quiet and respectful. 7 days a week or a more flexible arrangement considered. Wi if, all washer, dryer , some wardrobe space provided.
