We are offering our bedsit near Wilberfoss/Pocklington. All bills are included. You have your own shower and toilet facilities. Cooking facilities are limited with only a fridge and a microwave available. Parking space and a private balcony. The bedsit also has its own separate entrance too. It is in a quiet and rural location so own transport will be needed. There are two bus routes nearby that are a short cycle ride away in Wilberfoss (x46/45/46). Rent is to be paid monthly up front. Clothes washing facilities available at a reasonable cost.
