I’m looking to find a house mate to move in, Monday to Friday. The property is a very spacious home located in Yarm not far from the train station. The street has no through road and is in the corner of the estate therefore is very quiet.
The property is made up of 4 bedrooms, 1 office space, 2 bathrooms, 1 large open plan kitchen, utility/toilet, large living room and large back garden. The bedroom is a large double room that comes fully furnished to include a super king bed, brand new mattress, wardrobes and TV.
Of the two bathrooms, one is the ensuite for me in the master bedroom and the other bathroom, compromising of both a bath and shower, is for the lodger.
The house has a garage that is used as a gym which the tenant would have access to.
The house is a new build, 4 years old. The place will be kept pristine at all times. The kitchen is new and comes with a full selection of high quality kitchen appliances including coffee machine, toaster, kettle, filtered Virgin water, all cooking utensils and dishwasher. The utility has a top of the range washer/ dryer. The living room comes fully kitted out with ATMOS 5.1 surround sound, 75" UHD LED TV and virgin media TV including super fast broadband. The property also has front and back security cameras.
The house is located 20 minutes walk from Yarm high street and 10 minutes walk to Yarm train station.
The property comes with 3 private parking spaces which can be used by the tenant. There is plenty of on-street parking and visitor spaces within the estate.
I will be working away from home Monday to Friday therefore the tenant will have sole access to the house whilst I am away, the advert is for Monday to Friday lodging only. The lodger needs to be trustworthy, clean, considerate and respectful to the property as well as to myself.
All bills are included in the rent, this includes rent, council tax, water, electricity, gas, tv license, superfast broadband and virgin media TV. A cleaner will also be arranged.
A deposit will also be required up front of 1 months rent.
I am no photographer so the photos really do not do the house justice and are from when the house was bought. The living room has since had a media wall installed, which is the last photo. There is also a wine cellar that has been built. Please do not hesitate in contacting me to arrange a viewing as I’d like to expect the available rooms to be gone soon.
