We’re looking for an easy going housemate to join our friendly house-share – we like to socialise as a house but appreciate everyone has their own thing going on. I (Charles) am a PhD student and enjoy film, hiking, running, and travel. Martin is an environmental consultant who enjoys climbing, cycling and tennis.
We’re always up for a trip to local pubs - when not in the midst of a global pandemic!
House has a shared kitchen, living and dining areas, patio back garden, washing machine and dryer.
Students or professionals are both welcome, but both would have to pay 1/3 the council tax for the house, which comes to £43 per month.
Utilities and all other bills (broadband/TV/water) are usually between £30 and £50 per month.
