Jess, professional looking for someone to share my lovely brand new renovated home in Acomb York.

The house is on the number 1 bus route to town and close to the A64), parking is available! It’s really close to Morrison’s and local shops...

The room is furnished with a double bed and wardrobe and chest of drawers...The room has storage space under the bed and there is an out house for bikes.

The house in great / brand new condition and its kept really clean (I have a cleaner every two weeks)

Good sized kitchen, living / dinning room, breakfast bar and large garden.

It’s a really friendly and welcoming home, I love to cook and go out with friends... Not a party animal but do enjoy socialising / having friends over for dinner etc. Looking for an outgoing housemate who is friendly and has similar interests! :-) Ideally I would like a young professional.

I ask that you are respectful, clean, tidy and appreciate that I work full time and you are happy to treat the house as a home. I spend my time away some days in the week; with work so finding the right person who will look after the place is important...
If you are looking for a place to relax on an evening after work then this is the house for you!
The room is not suitable for couples or if you intend to have guests staying over regularly.

All bills are incl in the rent as shown above, this inc Internet, TV water and electric, COU tax.

I just ask that you will contribute to the housework/small cost on communial expenses (toothpaste/loo roll etc) :-)

A deposit of £300 will be requested to secure the room and in case of damage during the rental term... This will be refunded when you move out providing there is no damage or rent arrears.

One last thing, I have a little sausage dog who is really friendly...(he will bark when someone comes to the door) He spends his days at my parents mostly or out at doggy day care...

Just thought I'd mention it incase people have severe allergies!
