Large bright room on a quiet street close to Uni

We have a large, newly decorated, South facing double room on a very quiet street for a restful nights sleep. The room has just had brand new carpets installed, brand new double glazed windows, and a new mattress is on the double divan bed.

The room is stylishly decorated, and comes with all bedding, 4 pillows, and a duvet. There is a kettle in your room for convenience, an Edwardian style writing desk, a chest of drawers, and a full size wardrobe.

For ease, we will provide all pots and pans, cups and plates etc. All bills are covered, including Virgin 200 MBS high speed broadband.

We have a profusion of house plants and have decorated the shared bathroom to look as much like a jungle as possible! We have two black cats in the house, and a big garden for you to enjoy.

We are looking for a respectful, clean housemate.
