The house has a very homely feel with off street parking and a good sized garden which is great for BBQs in the summer! The property has a large back garden and housemates are expected to take their turn mowing the lawn.

The house is situated in Osbaldwick which is on the east side of York. Osbaldwick is a quiet village-like residential area with good local amenities. Just round the corner from the house is a local sainsburys, a deli, hairdressers and news agents amongst others. There are good transport links into the city centre, the hospital, the university and out to Clifton Moor with buses running often and the bus stop just round the corner. For commuters there is easy access to the A64.
