A small single bed room on the bottle floor, it is the only room on the bottom floor the other 4 are upstairs, with a toilet/shower/ kitchens rea/shower along a corridors and a living/social room on the other sideof the house/safe small garden to put pedal bikes,

Nice kind housemates, very respective of personal space, but are social and friendly, all students at York, ranging from IT students to an older student doing a PHD

It’s furnished with a bed, wardrobe etc included and already constructed, and has a large window open to the garden, also there is a lock on the door.

I will add photos at a later date as I am on holiday at the moment and can’t take any until I get back.

For the price this is a brilliant place in a great location 7mins cycle from both unis and 2mins into town, but i want to move into student halls instead so iv decided to leave earlier
