Room to rent in York

I bought the house earlier this year and I’m looking to rent out my spare room, preferably to a professional and someone relatively tidy! Currently it’s just myself living in the house (24 year old guy, I work locally at York St John university) with a lodger who’s moving out in the next 2/3 months as his work contract has ended. It’s a fairly quiet household, my girlfriend stays some nights - she’s a teacher so we’re both out all day Monday-Friday.

I don’t have any pets but if you do, I’d be more than ok with that 👍🏼 there’s 2 parking spots (one of which I use but the other is free). It’s a nice and quiet neighborhood, got a decent garden for summer and it’s a nice walk along the river in to town. You’d have a furnished double room with loads of storage. Viewings welcome on evenings or weekends, just get in contact if you’re interested!

Note about the photos: these were taken when I moved in, I have since done a bit of DIY and sorted out the garden. There isn’t a picture of my spare room but I will put a picture up of it shortly.
