Room available for rent over Summer

Hello, if you are a student staying in York over the summer and are in need of a room, please rent from Hello Student. The room is a large studio flat, with a large desk, a kitchen with a two ring hob, microwave oven, plenty of storage space and a fridge with a freezer drawer. There is an en suite bathroom, with a shower, sink and toilet. The room comes furnished with a bed, desk, desk chair, armchair, a large wardrobe, bookshelf and drawers attached to the desk. It has air conditioning inside of the room, and is wonderfully spacious.. I am currently a third year History and Politics student who will be leaving after I have finished my exams in the Summer term, and am looking for someone to move into the room whilst I am not around. The staff are extremely friendly, and it is roughly a 15 minute walk to both York city centre and the university, ideal for a student. If you have a part time job in the city, it is also perfect as everything you could possibly want is within walking distance. There is very close off-site parking out of hours.
