We have a double bedroom available in a 3 bedroom house located on Thorpe street. The house has a lounge with an LCD flat screen television, and is in a good location for the city centre.

The following bills are included in the rent;
• gas
• electricity;
• council tax;
• water rates;
• internet access; and
• television licence.

2 male students currently occupy the other 2 bedrooms.

Also included: double glazing; gas central heating, secure bike storage

A £450 deposit and a £100 agency fee applies per person, (reduced to £300 and £60 for students).

Please note that applicants must be able to provide a UK guarantor in order to rent the room.
